Special Instructions
Should be clearly marked on the face of the order; i.e. split shipments, event dates, sizing or positioning instructions. If no specific instructions are given for copy size, layout, etc., our best judgment will be used.

Repeat Orders
For exact repeat orders please quote Elcyda’s most recent work order. When referring to orders older than three years, new imprint information and artwork will be required. Repeat orders requiring changes to artwork will be considered as new orders and will be subject to applicable art charges. All repeat orders require a set-up charge.

Custom Decoration
Custom imprinting allows you to create your own identity by decorating your corporate brand onto all of our Glass and Ceramic products.

Personalization
All Glass and Ceramic products can be personalized with the recipient’s name.

Artwork
Pricing includes artwork and screens, based on the receipt of camera-ready artwork suitable for direct photographic reproduction. Photocopies, faxes, and business cards are example of unacceptable artwork. We are able to fix most art files, our standard rate is $50.00 (c) per hour.

Sizing
We can reduce or enlarge your camera-ready artwork at no charge to maximize or “best fit” the imprint area.

Original artwork
Is kept on a file at Elcyda for the convenience of reorders. Artwork is for the exclusive use of the original customer and will not be transferred in any way.

Electronic Artwork
In order to maximize the efficiencies electronic artwork we are currently working in Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai files and CorelDraw, .cdr files. All files must be readable on IBM PC. All artwork can be sent to the following
