Production Time
Based on availability of product, normal production time is 3-5 days from approval of artwork or sample. Orders requiring multiple colors may require more time, you will be advised at the time of order.

Sizes & Weights
All sizes, capacities, dimensions, imprinting sizes and weights shown are approximate.

Inventory Availability
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.

Trademarks
All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rests with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalogue are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.

Over and Under Shipments
Using our decorating processes, a shipment of up to 10% over or under must be accepted as a complete shipment. Orders that specify “ No Over Runs’’ are subject to short shipment of up to 10%. Every effort will be made to ship orders with as little variation as possible. Billing will be based on quantity shipped.

Damages & Breakage
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damage may still occur. Please encourage your customers to inspect all packages before signing they were received in good order as no claims can be made with carrier after signing. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. We recommend that all orders shipped outside Ontario be extra packed.

Cancellations
All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged. Generally this would entail a restocking charge of products specially ordered (a minimum of 10% of the value of the estimate).

Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB from Elcyda’s factory in Woodbridge. Orders can be drop shipped at no extra cost via the most convenient carrier unless otherwise specified. Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the carrier. A charge of $10.00 (a) will be applied to all split shipments, extra packaging charges may apply.

Returns
No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Merchandise approved for credit may be subject to a restocking charge.

Provincial Sales Tax
(Where applicable) Is the responsibility of the distributor and will be charged on all Ontario based orders that do not show proof of valid provincial sales tax exemption license.
