Pricing Introduction
All price quotations are subject to change, without notice. All prices
shown are per piece. All charges incurred prior to the cancellation
of the order will be invoiced. We will gladly provide quotations for
quantities over 1,500 pieces.
Proofs/fax
Paper proofs (e.g. Xerox, fax or equivalent) will be provided at
no charge. No work starts until a signed copy is returned to Elcyda.
Fired Sample
There is a charge of $100.00 (a) for a one-color imprint. Each additional
color adds $75.00 (a), excluding artwork charges if applicable,
plus GST and PST. Modified or altered samples are subject to the
same charges. Samples are non-refundable.
Packaging
We package everything back into the original cartons. For shipments
outside Ontario Canada, we recommend extra packaging at a cost of
$5.00 per carton (most cartons are 36 pieces).
Set-up Charges
All orders require a set-up. This includes repeat orders unless
prior arrangements have been made. $40.00 (g) per color.
Personalization
All Products in our catalogue can be personalized.
The cost is $4.50 (c) per name. Minimum 36 names. Regular setup
charges apply per order.
Cheque
A $25.00 charge will be placed against an account in the event that
an NSF cheque is returned to us.
Provincial Sales Tax
(where applicable) Is the responsibility of the distributor and
will be charged on all Ontario based orders that do not show proof
of valid provincial sales tax exemption license.
